Trying to explain a web-based project is like fighting an uphill battle to many of us. It requires a lot of efforts to make our users or clients to understand how it should be done properly.

To name a few pieces on the long list - users requirements, users goals, personas, usability test, wireframes, prototype, mockups and user acceptance test etc. This terminology unfortunately tends to be a barrier for us to communicate well with our clients despite the fact that we try to use layman terms!

Leaning backward on my ragged armchair, viewing the ferries moving steadily from Hong Kong Island to Kowloon Peninsula in Victoria Harbour on 22nd floor, I am trying to discuss the issues with my team. One of my team members, who still has a mouthful of burger, is watching a blog on his laptop. All of a sudden, I find a savior solution, if not a total solution.

Nowadays presentation is everything. To win clients on our side and listen to our professional opinion is quite a challenge. The key is to amuse them with our creative ideas and technical know-how. The splendid presentation in the blog is more like a story telling exercise that can definitely capture our user attentions.

A good article to read and I can leverage on it for my presentation. A big round of applause to the blogger.
